We absolutely loved our experience with Bombay mortgage especially Angela Quinn. She literally went above and beyond our expectations. As first time home buyer’s everything was new to us but Angela guided us through absolutely everything. No matter what our question was she helped us out . Her attention to detail, organization and responsiveness was at the upmost highest standard of professionalism. She went above and beyond in every way. She fought for us to get better rates in a time when the market and loans are crazy. All of these are reasons we chose Bombay Mortgage and are recommending to everyone . She made the buying process really easy and explained absolutely everything and guided us through every single step and made it so simple and easy I couldn’t believe it. Bombay mortgage and their staff were so wonderful and amazing to us that we will be contacting them for our next home and will refer many people to her because our experience with her was one of the most delightful experiences we’ve had while making this a unforgettable home buying experience for us first time buyers and could not have asked for anything better. As a millennial I've grown up in a time where customer service has been paired back over and over billed as "convenience". Go to said website put your info in and they spit back whatever it is you're looking for this includes mortgages.... however that "convenience" will never stand up to having someone in your corner working on your behalf and. available to answer questions even when you ask the same one a ridiculous number of times. Angela was absolutely amazing she got us a rate that was less than what we were expecting and she was there to help us through the entire process. You can go to whatever .com you wish to go to but for me bombay mortgage will get my business I would highly recommend you give them your business aswell.

Angela was wonderful to deal with throughout the whole process. My wife and I had both been in the mortgage business years ago and still knew most of the process but things have changed since then and she made the was very informative, thorough, and attentive to our needs!
